We are seeking a skilled Draftsman specializing in Structure & MEP to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of relevant experience in drafting for structural and MEP disciplines. This role involves creating detailed technical drawings, collaborating closely with engineers and architects, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed drawings for structural and MEP components based on project requirements.
Coordinate with engineers and architects to ensure technical accuracy and adherence to design standards.
Review and modify drawings to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with regulations.
Maintain drawing logs and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with project teams to support timely and efficient project delivery.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field.
Proven experience as a Draftsman specializing in Structure & MEP, preferably in the UAE.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software applications.
Strong understanding of structural and MEP systems, construction techniques, and building codes.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
