Control and coordinate the design on projects to ensure completion in accordance with client requirements and contract budget to achieve project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
:
Ensuring works are compliant with contract documents and design parameters
Preparing shop drawings to ensure technical and quality standards to compliance with design intent
Managing consultant interface
Ensuring compliance with quality control
Identifying construction problems at an early stage and planning their mitigation
Preparing progress reports
Supervise and develop team members.
RFI prepare.
Key Skills
:
Expertise in Auto CAD drafting.
Good communication skills (spoken and written).
Reasoning and problem-solving skills - with ability to think laterally.
Technical understanding of design and specification issues.
Thorough knowledge of the design and construction process.
Basic site safety knowledge.
Ms word & Excel
Software and window installation
