Job Description

DRAFTSMAN



We are looking for a

highly skilled and experienced Draftsman

to join our team, specialized in

Fit-Out and MEP works

.

Requirements & Qualifications:



Male candidate

Minimum

5 years of proven experience

as a Draftsman

Strong background in

Fit-Out and MEP projects



Proven experience in

commercial and residential projects



Ability to prepare

full detailed drawing packages

, including:

Fit-Out drawings MEP drawings (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing) Shop drawings Construction drawings As-built drawings
Proficient in

AutoCAD



3D rendering skills are preferred


(3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, or similar software)

Strong understanding of coordination between

architectural, MEP, and site requirements



High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team

Portfolio submission is mandatory
