who will be responsible for preparing, updating, and maintaining utility layout drawings, as-built drawings, and GIS data submissions in compliance with authority standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and revise Electrical Utility CAD drawings (TDP, RO, As-built, etc.)
Assist in GIS data preparation and submissions for utility projects (KM, Ashghal, etc.)
Update cable routes, joint details, and site marking drawings based on field data
Coordinate with site engineers for verification of as-built and design information
Maintain organized drawing records and ensure accuracy in all revisions.
Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma or Certificate in Civil / Electrical / GIS / Drafting or equivalent
Proficient in AutoCAD and basic knowledge of GIS software (ArcGIS / QGIS)
Familiar with Electrical Utility standards and drawing preparation
Basic understanding of coordinate systems, map reading, and spatial data
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under supervision and tight deadlines
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in CAD drafting, preferably in Electrical Utility / GIS projects
Freshers with strong CAD and GIS knowledge may also apply
