We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting and design, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating functional and visually appealing spaces. This position is integral to the successful execution of our projects, working closely with our design and project management teams.
Key Responsibilities
Create detailed drawings and specifications for interior and event design projects.
Collaborate with designers and project managers to develop plans and modify designs.
Ensure that all designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations.
Manage and update project documentation and records.
Qualifications
Education:
Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in drafting, preferably in the interior design or events industry.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to Detail:
Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
Preferred Skills
Experience in 3D modeling and rendering.
Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
