Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Draftsman to create technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by engineers, architects, or designers. The Draftsman will be responsible for preparing accurate drawings, ensuring compliance with standards, and assisting in design modifications.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare detailed technical drawings, plans, and layouts using CAD software. Review and interpret engineering/architectural designs, sketches, and specifications. Modify and update drawings based on project requirements and feedback. Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, codes, and regulations. Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams to resolve design challenges. Assist in preparing shop drawings, as-built drawings, and presentation materials. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and quality of all drawings.

Requirements:



Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering (as applicable). Proven experience as a Draftsman or CAD Technician. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting/design software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
