We are

a well-established turnkey solutions and luxury villa construction company based in Dubai, with over 20 years of experience and a strong track record in international projects. Known for our commitment to quality and precision, we are currently seeking a highly skilled Draftsman with expertise in detailed architectural and structural shop drawings to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare architectural and structural detailed shop drawings as per project specifications.

Translate conceptual designs, sketches, and instructions into accurate technical drawings.

Ensure all drawings comply with local codes, standards, and company quality protocols.

Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers for design coordination.

Revise and update drawings based on client feedback or site conditions.

Maintain organized records of all drawings, versions, and approvals.

Prepare quantity take-offs and generate quantity sheets for both site execution and subcontractors.

Requirements:

Own visa (Spouse or Freelance).

Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred (or ability to manage transport to site/office).

Proven experience in drafting for luxury villa construction.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and PlanSwift; familiarity with other drafting tools is a plus.

Strong knowledge of construction detailing, materials, and building methods.

Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Able to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

G+1 Dubai Municipality (DM) license is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with 2D AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other 3D modeling tools.

Advanced skill in PlanSwift for quantity take-offs.

Familiarity with UAE construction codes, regulations, and standards.
