About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

Draftsman cum Coordinator

with a background in

Interior Design

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in drafting, design coordination, and working closely with project teams in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed architectural and interior drawings using AutoCAD and other design software Coordinate with design, engineering, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy and design intent Update and revise drawings as required during the project lifecycle Support project documentation and drawing submissions Assist in material selection, sample coordination, and client presentations Communicate with suppliers, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Interior Design 3-5 years of relevant experience in drafting and coordination within the construction industry Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and relevant design software Strong understanding of interior detailing, materials, and finishes Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
