Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

BIM Draftsman

to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate BIM models and technical drawings for construction and architectural projects. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure high-quality, coordinated documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed BIM models using Autodesk Revit (or relevant BIM software) Produce 2D and 3D drawings from architectural and engineering designs Coordinate BIM files across disciplines (MEP, structural, architectural) Ensure models and drawings meet project standards and client specifications Collaborate with design and engineering teams to resolve design and coordination issues Update models and drawings to reflect design changes throughout the project lifecycle Maintain organized drawing sets, file structures, and revision control Participate in design review and coordination meetings as needed

Qualifications:

Associate's degree or certification in Drafting, CAD, or related field (Bachelor's preferred) 2+ years of experience in BIM drafting or a similar role Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks (or equivalent BIM tools) Familiarity with construction processes and architectural/engineering terminology Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in

CONSTRUCTIION

Knowledge of clash detection and coordination workflows Familiarity with BIM standards such as ISO 19650 or local equivalents
