Job Description

Prepare accurate

2D and 3D technical drawings

based on architectural, structural, and MEP design requirements. Develop

shop drawings, as-built drawings, and detailed construction drawings

in compliance with project specifications and local authority standards. Interpret

design sketches, specifications, BOQs, and consultant drawings

to produce clear and precise drawings. Coordinate with

engineers, architects, project managers, and site teams

to ensure drawings reflect actual site conditions. Revise and update drawings as per

design changes, site instructions, and client feedback

. Ensure all drawings comply with

industry standards, company procedures, and applicable codes

. Maintain proper

drawing registers, document control, and version management

. Assist in preparing

material take-offs and quantity calculations

from drawings when required. Support site teams by providing

clarifications, sections, and details

during construction. Review drawings for

accuracy, dimensions, levels, and coordination

between different disciplines. Ensure timely submission of drawings to meet

project deadlines

. Work closely with consultants and contractors to resolve

drawing conflicts and discrepancies

. Maintain organized records of all drawings and project documents in both digital and hard-copy formats. Follow

health, safety, and quality standards

during all stages of drafting work
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
