Job Description
Currently we are looking for Architectural Draftsman for our company. The location is in Dubai. Interested Candidates can submit their application.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare complete detailed construction and shop drawings for architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing drawings complying with DM/DCA/government rules and regulations.
Preparation of 3D views is an added advantage
Extensive knowledge of all authority portals such as DM, DDA, Trakhees, DEWA, etc.
Experience on Residential Villas and Commercial Projects
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
Completed degree/diploma from an Accredited Institution in Drafting and Architecture or equivalent
Must have minimum 5 years of experience in Drafting. Proven work experience as a Drafter or similar role in a Consultancy firm in the UAE
Previous experience in projects related to Residential Villa and Commercial is an advantage.
Should be highly proficient and professional in working with AutoCad 2D.
Additional certification in Design Drafting Association is a plus.
