shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination layouts
for
building and infrastructure projects
in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate
shop drawings, as-built drawings, and layout plans
in coordination with site and design teams.
Review and interpret design drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with engineers and project managers to ensure drawings meet project and client requirements.
Update and maintain drawing registers and revisions.
Ensure all drawings comply with project standards, specifications, and local authority regulations.
Support the site team with technical details and clarifications.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in
Civil / Architectural Engineering
or related field.
Minimum
5-8 years of UAE experience
working with a
main contracting company
.
Proficient in
AutoCAD
and other relevant drafting/design software.
Experience with
architectural, structural, and MEP coordination drawings
.
Good understanding of UAE construction standards and authority requirements.
Must be
currently based in the UAE
(applications from outside the UAE will not be considered).
