Job Description

Key Responsibilities
1. Create detailed technical drawing: Prepare and develop detailed technical drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software, including:
- Joinery drawings
- Production drawings
- Site plans
- As-built drawings
-Civil work drawings (Ceiling layouts, tile/floor layouts, MEP Drawings)
2. Collaborate with engineers and designers: Work closely with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate representation of designs.
3. Conduct site visits: Conduct site visits to gather information, verify existing conditions, and ensure compliance with designs.
4. Review and revise drawings: Review and revise drawings based on feedback, changes, or updates to designs.
5. Maintain document control: Ensure all drawings and documents are properly filed, version-controlled, and accessible.

Requirements
1. CAD software proficiency: Strong proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Revit.
2. Technical drawing experience: 5 years of experience in creating technical drawings, preferably in a related industry (e.g., construction, architecture, or manufacturing).
3. Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in drawings.
4. Communication skills: Effective communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, including site visits and stakeholder interactions.

1. CAD software skills: Proficiency in CAD software and ability to learn new tools.
2. Problem-solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to technical drawings.
3. Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, including meeting deadlines for drawing deliverables.
4. Site visit skills: Ability to conduct site visits safely and effectively, gathering necessary information and data.
