Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Draftsman with strong expertise in 2D drafting, particularly for architectural and facade drawings. The candidate should be detail-oriented, able to translate design concepts into accurate technical drawings, and coordinate effectively with the design and engineering teams. Knowledge of BIM, 3D modeling, and proficiency in Revit will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and develop

2D architectural and facade drawings

in compliance with project requirements and standards. Support design and engineering teams by producing detailed technical drawings and layouts. Interpret design sketches and specifications into accurate drafting outputs. Maintain and update drawing records, revisions, and documentation. Ensure drawings meet project, quality, and safety standards. Assist in creating

3D models and BIM coordination drawings

when required. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to resolve design/drawing issues.

Requirements:



Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Draftsman, preferably in

architectural or facade works

. Strong proficiency in

AutoCAD

(2D drafting essential). Familiarity with

facade detailing

and architectural construction drawings. Knowledge of

BIM, 3D modeling

, and

Revit

(preferred but not mandatory). Good understanding of building codes, drawing standards, and detailing practices. Attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:



Revit, Navisworks, or equivalent BIM tools. 3D visualization and rendering experience. Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
