We are seeking a skilled Draftsman with 2-3 years of experience in interior, architectural, and MEP drawings to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in producing high-quality technical drawings, plans, and documentation to support design and construction projects in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed interior, architectural, and MEP drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant software.
Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and engineers to produce accurate drawings according to project requirements.
Ensure drawings comply with UAE building codes, regulations, and project standards.
Assist in the preparation of shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings.
Revise drawings based on feedback from project managers, consultants, or clients.
Maintain organized records of drawings, specifications, and related documentation.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design feasibility and proper implementation.
Support the design team in resolving on-site technical issues related to drawings.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
2-3 years of relevant drafting experience in UAE projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office. Knowledge of SketchUp or 3D modeling is a plus.
Understanding of MEP systems, architectural detailing, and interior design concepts.
Knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
