Position Overview:

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented

Architecture Draftsmen

to join our team at COENGR. The role involves preparing accurate architectural drawings, technical details, and submission documents in line with UAE authority standards and project requirements. The ideal candidate will have prior UAE experience, strong drafting skills, and the ability to support architects and engineers across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate

architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and details

using AutoCAD and Revit. Ensure compliance with

UAE authority regulations

(DMT, ADM, RAKEZ, ADCD, etc.) and project specifications. Assist architects in developing

conceptual, schematic, and detailed design drawings

. Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings, ensuring consistency across disciplines. Support in preparing

authority submission drawings and documentation

. Prepare BOQ quantities for architectural materials where required. Coordinate with internal project teams (architectural, structural, MEP, and design management). Ensure accuracy, neatness, and timely delivery of drawings and revisions. Maintain updated records of drawings, revisions, and approvals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related discipline.

1-2 years of prior UAE experience

in drafting architectural drawings (mandatory preference). Proficiency in

AutoCAD & Revit

(mandatory); knowledge of other drafting tools is an advantage. Good understanding of

UAE building codes, standards, and authority submission processes

. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and technical understanding of construction methods. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Good communication and coordination skills.
