Create accurate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings using AutoCAD, Photoshop, or similar software.
Experience in computer-aided design and drafting (CADD).
Ability to work well in a team and on your own
Revise and update drawings to based on project changes and site conditions.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure drawings align with project specifications.
Ensure all designs comply with local standards and regulations.
Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings in compliance with project requirements.
Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings in accordance with project requirements.
Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates based on project drawings and specifications.
Collaborate with procurement teams to obtain material pricing and vendor quotes.
Track project budgets and prepare cost forecasts and reports for management.
