Job Summary:



Global Prefab General Contracting LLC is seeking a skilled

Draftsman (2D & 3D)

to support our prefab and modular construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be proficient in

AutoCAD 2D drafting

and capable of producing

3D models and coordinated drawings

for prefabricated units, steel structures, and modular systems.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare

2D drawings

(structural, architectural, shop, and fabrication drawings) using

AutoCAD

. Develop

3D models

for prefab units, steel structures, and modular components using

AutoCAD 3D / Revit / SketchUp

(as applicable). Generate

sections, elevations, and detailed views

from 3D models. Coordinate drawings with

structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines

. Update drawings based on engineer, client, and site feedback. Prepare

as-built drawings

after project completion. Ensure drawing accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards.

Requirements:



Diploma or Certificate

in Drafting / Civil / Architectural Engineering.

2-5 years of experience

as a Draftsman in the UAE or GCC. Strong skills in

AutoCAD 2D & 3D

. Experience with

Revit, SketchUp, or similar 3D software

is an advantage. Knowledge of

prefab, modular construction, or steel structures

preferred. Ability to read and interpret

engineering and architectural drawings

. Good coordination skills and attention to detail. Immediate joiners preferred.
