We are looking for an experienced Draftsman with 5-10 years of experience to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings and plans for various architectural and construction projects. You will work closely with architects and engineers to ensure that all drawings are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with project requirements and local regulations.

- Prepare detailed architectural and construction drawings based on sketches and specifications.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to refine designs and provide technical support.
- Revise and update drawings as needed to reflect design changes.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and standards.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for project approvals.
- Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in drafting for architectural or construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
- Knowledge of local regulations and standards in Dubai/UAE.
