Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail oriented Mechanical & Electrical Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings and layouts for mechanical and electrical systems in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop detailed CAD drawings for mechanical and electrical systems (HVAC, plumbing, lighting, power, etc.) Coordinate with engineers and project managers to ensure design accuracy and compliance Revise drawings based on feedback and site conditions Maintain organized drawing files and documentation Ensure all drawings meet local codes and regulations Assist in quantity take-offs and material specifications when required

Requirements:



Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field Proven experience as a Draftsman in MEP projects Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is a plus Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction practices Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines Good communication and teamwork skills
