Job Description
Draftsman - Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Draftsman in construction, MEP, or fit-out projects Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D), and other drafting software (e.g., Revit, SketchUp, or SolidWorks if applicable) Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings Ability to create detailed technical drawings and shop drawings from concept designs Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and authority requirements Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines Good communication skills for cross-functional teamwork Familiarity with material specifications and construction techniques Ability to take site measurements and translate them into precise drawings Experience in handling As-Built drawings and document submissions Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to design changes quickly Familiarity with BIM workflows
