Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate 2D drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and construction details for architectural and interior fit-out works. Develop shop drawings and detailed drawings for MEP, joinery, finishes, bathrooms, ceilings, partitions, and site coordination. Translate consultant drawings, design inputs, and site markups into clear, buildable technical drawings. Revise and update drawings based on site feedback, consultant comments, and approval requirements. Assist in preparing and updating as-built drawings throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate closely with the Project Manager and Site Engineer to resolve technical and coordination issues. Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, approved details, and company drafting standards. Support the site team by issuing timely drawing revisions and technical clarifications from the office. Maintain organized drawing files, revision logs, and submission records in coordination with document control.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field. Minimum

2-5 years of experience

as a Draftsman in construction, fit-out, or renovation projects. Strong proficiency in

AutoCAD.

Working knowledge of

Revit

(coordination or reference use). Proficiency in

Photoshop and Illustrator

for markups, layouts, and presentations. Good understanding of construction detailing, materials, and technical coordination. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work independently in an office environment and coordinate remotely with site teams.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
