Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor dough mixing machines.
Follow recipes and weight measurements accurately.
Ensure dough consistency and texture.
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a dough mixer or in a bakery production line.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
