We are seeking a highly professional and customer-oriented

Doorman/Bellboy

to join our esteemed 5-star luxury hotel team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and exceptional service. This position is ideal for individuals with strong interpersonal skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a luxury hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a warm, professional welcome. Assist with luggage handling, ensuring the safe transportation of luggage to and from guest rooms. Provide guests with information regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. Ensure the entrance area, lobby, and surrounding spaces are clean and welcoming at all times. Offer assistance with taxis, transportation arrangements, and valet parking services. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and policies to effectively answer guest inquiries. Provide exceptional service to ensure guests feel valued and comfortable throughout their stay. Assist guests with special requests, including arranging for special services or deliveries to guest rooms. Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service. Report any guest feedback, issues, or maintenance needs to the appropriate hotel personnel.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Doorman, Bellboy, or in a similar guest-facing role in a luxury hotel or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with guests. Excellent customer service skills and a passion for hospitality. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong physical stamina to handle luggage and assist guests effectively. Ability to understand and speak multiple languages is a plus. Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Must be willing to relocate to Qatar (for overseas candidates).
