in Dubai looking to hire a well experience staff for the position of Doorman
The Doorman serves as the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring smooth arrivals and departures.
This role combines customer service, security awareness, and operational support to enhance the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Reception
: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, offering assistance with doors, luggage, and directions.
Valet Coordination
: Liaise with valet staff to ensure timely vehicle retrieval and parking.
Security Monitoring
: Observe entrance areas for suspicious activity and enforce access control when necessary.
Information Assistance
: Provide guests with directions, local recommendations, and answers to general inquiries.
Logistics Support
: Assist with loading/unloading luggage and coordinating with bell staff or concierge.
Weather Preparedness
: Offer umbrellas or assistance during inclement weather.
Appearance & Etiquette
: Maintain a professional demeanor, uniform standards, and courteous behavior at all times.
Skills & Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods
Basic knowledge of local attractions and transportation options
Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
Prior experience in hospitality or customer service prefer
Typically stationed at hotel entrances, lobbies, or porte-cochere areas
May work outdoors in varying weather condition
Requirement
Candidate should be on an independent or own visa in Dubai ONLY
Should be available for 1 to 2 weeks
