Job Description

We are looking for a Doorman who can serve as the first point of contact in our hotel. You will be primarily responsible for providing exceptional customer service, security, and carrying out various administrative tasks.

As a Doorman you will have the following duties and responsibilities:

Greet residents and guests upon entry and departure Open and hold doors for residents, guests, and visitors Assist with luggage, groceries, or other heavy items Provide information and guidance to visitors or residents Maintain security by verifying visitors, monitoring surveillance, and reporting suspicious activity Coordinate taxi or other transportation services as needed Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries Maintain the cleanliness and order of the lobby and front entrance

Who are we looking for?

High school diploma or equivalent Experience in a similar role in a 5 star Luxury Hospitality chain is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Polite and professional disposition Physical strength to lift heavy items Ability to remain calm in stressful situations Flexible schedule and availability to work in shifts, during weekends, and on holidays Priority will be given to candidates working inside the country
