Leading Hospital in Saudi Arabia is urgently looking for Passionate, Dedicated and Accomplished - Nurse Executive/Leader for their Specialty Services.

In your new Executive Role as a Nursing Program Director- Specialty Services you will be responsible for managing and supervising the overall performance and operations of the departments in Specialty Services. Leading and coordinating the provision of safe patient and family focused quality care in accordance with the ANA Nursing Administration scope and standards of practice. Accountable and responsible for the provision of professional leadership in the development, implementation and monitoring of strategies that deliver high quality family centered patient care and ensures collaborative working practices at executive level. The Hospital s Specialty Services includes Adults and Pediatrics across the sub-specialties of Cardiac Surgery ICU, Medical/Surgical ICU, Pediatric ICU, L & D, OB GYN, Pediatric Unit, CVT/Cardo unit, Neonatal ICU, Surgical ICU, ART clinics and Renal Transplant Unit. Unique experience to be working in the KSA in a prestigious international standard Hospital, in an esteemed Nurse Leader Role as a DON- Specialty Services, alongside a team of internationally qualified and experienced healthcare professionals- western expatriates. Essential requirements:

-Western educated, trained and experienced RN with valid professional registration and license from country of origin; -Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent Nursing Degree not less than 3 years study duration from accredited program; -MSN/Master Degree in Nursing or- Nursing Administration, Health Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospital or Business Administration- or related; - At least 7 years of Nursing experience in acute care Hospital setting -whereas 4 years of Nursing Leadership/Management experience; Current/previous DON/Directorial Nursing experience- or having worked in a similar Executive/Leadership Nursing Role; - Senior Registered Nurse - who is Passionate, Dedicated and Committed in providing the best clinical leadership, the best leadership in patient care delivery- highest patient quality care, exceptional patient satisfaction and delivering the best teaching strategies to support Evidence-Based Practice; - Advanced Clinical Specialty -Advanced Clinical Nurse Specialist- CNS - advantage; - Specialist training along with certification in area of specialty- advantage; - Great communication and interpersonal skills, organizational skills, strong critical thinking, decision making and problem solving skills, nursing/leadership/management skills along with prioritizing responsibilities; -Excellent English language skills; -Excellent clinical knowledge and skills; -Excellent organizational, management and leadership skills; -Excellent administrative nursing skills along with prioritizing and delegating responsibilities; -Exceptional peoples skills; Great set of social skills-communication and interpersonal skills; -Excellent critical thinking, decision making and problem solving skills; - Passion, Dedication, Respect, Empathy, Compassion, Flexibility, Patience, Attention to detail, Energetic, Quick timely response, Great responsibility and accountability, Ability to multitask and to handle stressful situations, to cope to different situations are only some of the qualities that the DON- Specialty Services needs to possess; The ideal candidate in order to meet the challenges of this DON position-in order to develop, implement, oversee and supervise the operational management of all clinical services within Specialty Services will need to possess the followings:

-Thorough and extensive knowledge of Hospitals' operating procedures, standards and regulations; -Thorough and extensive knowledge in developing, assessing, evaluating nursing service objectives, clinical policies and procedures; and directing the implementation of these objectives and of changes when appropriate; -Thorough/extensive knowledge in designing and managing patient care; achieving exceptional patient satisfaction -Thorough/extensive knowledge in creating, developing and monitoring- Hospital/Healthcare Facility budgets; -Thorough/extensive knowledge in developing strategic, tactical and operational planning - Hospital/Healthcare Facility;
