We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Site Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Site Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing quality nursing care and support at our designated site, ensuring the well-being and safety of patients, employees, and visitors. Your expertise, clinical knowledge, and exceptional interpersonal skills will contribute to maintaining a high standard of patient care and promoting a positive healthcare environment. Requirements:
Must have an active DOH License as a Registered Nurse
Availability to join immediately
Experience in emergency and critical care
Flexibility on work timings and location
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluation nursing interventions in accordance with established protocols and best practices.
Collaborate with the site manager and healthcare team to ensure the smooth operation of the facility, including maintaining adequate medical supplies, equipment, and medication inventory.
Conduct Initial patient assessments, prioritize care needs, and triage based on severity of condition, providing timely interventions and appropriate referrals as necessary.
Administer medications, including injections, as prescribed by physicians, adhering to established protocols and ensuring accurate documentation.
Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication instructions, self-care techniques, and preventive measures to promote wellness and facilitate patient recovery.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Participate in emergency response efforts, such as code blue or other medical emergencies, following established protocols to provide immediate and appropriate care to patients in critical situations.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members, including physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff, to ensure seamless patient care, effective communication, and optimal patient outcomes.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, assisting in data collection, monitoring outcomes, and implementing evidence-based practices to enhance patient care and safety.
Adhere to organizational policies, standards, and infection control protocols, maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients, visitors, and healthcare providers.
