Administer prescribed medications to students during school hours.
Maintain accurate medication logs and consent forms.
Store medications securely in compliance with DOH regulations.

Disease Prevention and Control
Monitor for symptoms of communicable diseases and report to authorities.
Implement DOH guidelines on infection control, vaccinations, and hygiene.
Isolate sick children when needed and coordinate with parents for pickup.

Health Education
Educate students and staff on hygiene, nutrition, physical activity, and mental health.
Organize awareness campaigns on health topics (e.g., handwashing, dental care).
Collaborate with teachers to integrate health topics into the curriculum.

Record Keeping and Reporting
Maintain individual student health records (confidentially and securely).
Submit monthly reports to DOH or relevant authorities.
Assist with immunization tracking and school-wide health data analysis.

Emergency Preparedness
Participate in emergency drills and create health emergency response plans.
Train staff in basic first aid and use of medical equipment like EpiPens.
