Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide
first aid and emergency care
to employees during workplace incidents or illnesses. Conductpre-employment, periodic, and return-to-work medical assessments
in coordination with the company physician. Maintain and updateemployee health records
as per DOH and company standards. Monitor and ensure compliance withoccupational health and safety
policies and procedures. Identify potential workplace health hazards and participate inrisk assessments
and preventive health programs. Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to DOH guidelines. Conducthealth education and awareness sessions
for staff on hygiene, ergonomics, stress management, and disease prevention. Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and emergency services when advanced care is required. Maintainmedical supplies, first aid kits, and equipment inventory
. Prepare and submithealth and incident reports
to management and relevant authorities.Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
from an accredited institution.Valid DOH License
as a Registered Nurse (Active Status). Minimum2 years of nursing experience
, preferably in occupational or industrial settings. Certification inBasic Life Support (BLS)
orAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
preferred. Strong knowledge ofoccupational health standards and safety practices
. Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills. Ability to handle emergencies calmly and professionally.Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
