Collect data from the paper/electronic medical records and enter it in the DOH notification system
Ensure the data reported to the e-notification system are accurate, complete and within the time period.
Perform quality and compliance checks on the notification reports.
Collaborate with other departments (physician, nursing team, laboratory, etc.) to ensure documentation are complete and accurate
Maintain a register of all notification reports
Develop routine reports and correspondence
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

Experience
At least 2 years related experience.
