include

:

Is committed to the mission of Kanad Hospital and agrees to work as a team member with all staff Able to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment Set, monitor and achieve personal performance goals Maintain high standard of patient confidentiality at all times Collect data from the paper/electronic medical records and enter it in the DOH notification system Ensure the data reported to the e-notification system are accurate, complete and within the time period. Perform quality and compliance checks on the notification reports. Collaborate with other departments (physician, nursing team, laboratory, etc.) to ensure documentation are complete and accurate Maintain a register of all notification reports Develop routine reports and correspondence Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

Acts as a healthy role model for patients and staff by complying with Infection Control and Occupational Health and Safety policies and practices and initiatives.

Qualification




Bachelor's Degree

Experience




At least 2 years related experience.
