Job Responsibilities

Provide emergency medical response and on-site treatment for workplace injuries and illnesses. Monitor, assess, and stabilize patients following standard emergency care procedures. Maintain accurate patient medical records, treatment logs, and daily reports. Perform vital signs checks and diagnostic screenings such as BP, temperature, SpO?, and BMI. Assist and coordinate with the General Practitioner and Medical Director for escalated cases. Conduct daily ambulance inspections to ensure readiness and compliance with DOH / DCAS and ADNOC standards. Maintain the First Aid Room, inspect First Aid Boxes, and manage medical supplies inventory. Follow infection control and sterilization protocols as per OSHA and DOH standards. Administer BLS, ACLS, and PHTLS-level emergency care when required. Participate in Health & Safety Drills, Site Emergency Plans, and Medical Evacuation Procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education: BSc Nursing or Diploma in Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-B / Paramedic). Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, PHTLS (Preferred). License: Valid DOH / DCAS License (Mandatory). Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in Emergency, Ambulance, or Occupational Health Clinic. Skills: Proficient in MS Office, patient documentation, and reporting. Language: Fluent in English (Arabic an advantage). Personal Traits: Energetic, disciplined, and able to work in remote or rotational sites.
Preferred Background

Candidates with Oil & Gas, ADNOC, Construction, or Industrial Project experience. Strong knowledge of Workplace Safety, Emergency Response, and Occupational Health.
