An established healthcare group in Abu Dhabi, comprising five multi-specialty centers and a clinical team of over 110 physicians, is seeking a

Specialist Neurologist

to join its outpatient department. This role is focused on providing high-quality, evidence-based neurological care within a robust clinical framework that includes day surgery support.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care:

Provide comprehensive outpatient consultations for adult patients presenting with a wide range of neurological disorders.

Diagnostics:

Order and interpret relevant neuro-diagnostic investigations, including but not limited to MRI, CT, EEG, and EMG/NCS.

Patient Management:

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for chronic conditions such as epilepsy, migraine/headache disorders, multiple sclerosis, and neuro-muscular diseases.

Inter-departmental Collaboration:

Work closely with our multi-disciplinary team and day surgery unit for cases requiring procedural intervention or specialized post-diagnostic follow-up.

Quality & Compliance:

Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and ensure all clinical practices adhere to Department of Health (DoH) Abu Dhabi standards and internal quality management protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

Licensure:

Must hold a current and valid

Specialist License from the Department of Health (DoH) - Abu Dhabi

, or a transferable DHA/MOH license.

Education:

Medical Degree (MD or equivalent) with a recognized higher specialization in Neurology (e.g., Board Certification, Membership/Fellowship of Royal Colleges, or equivalent).

Experience:

Proven experience as a Specialist Neurologist within an outpatient setting.

Skills:

Proficiency in clinical informatics and EMR systems. Strong professional communication skills in a multi-cultural environment.
