Experience as a Dental Assistant
Solid understanding of dental insurance claims, coding, and verification
Ability to communicate clearly with patients and insurance providers
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A positive attitude and commitment to excellent patient care
Responsibilities Include:
Assisting the dentist during procedures
Taking X-rays and maintaining sterilization protocols
Handling insurance verifications, claim submissions, and follow-ups
Educating patients about treatment plans and financial options
Ensuring smooth daily workflow in the office
