to handle the processing, submission, and collection of official documents for attestation, legalization, and verification from various government authorities, embassies, and ministries in Qatar. The ideal candidate will ensure that all documents are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining professional communication with clients and authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle attestation, authentication, and legalization of personal, educational, and commercial documents.
Coordinate with embassies, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), Chamber of Commerce, and other relevant departments.
Verify and prepare documents for submission according to each authority's requirements.
Track document status and ensure timely collection and delivery.
Maintain accurate records of submitted and received documents.
Provide updates and support to clients regarding their attestation process.
Assist in preparing authorization letters, application forms, and related paperwork.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive documents.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in document attestation or similar administrative work in Qatar.
Familiarity with Qatar's government offices and embassy procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, tracking systems).
Valid Qatar ID and transferable visa preferred.
Good command of English (Arabic knowledge is an advantage).
