About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled

Documentation Technician

to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for someone passionate about design documentation, CAD tools, and contributing to high-quality engineering deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Drafting

: Produce basic pattern designs and detailed drawings using CAD software, ensuring alignment with design features and product style

Documentation Control

: Maintain up-to-date drawing registers, deliverables, and quality records. Issue transmittals and manage document flow across teams and contractors

Process Improvement

: Suggest enhancements to existing procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Project Support

: Assist in project coordination, including presentations, approvals, and tracking deliverables

Software Maintenance

: Monitor and report software defects, contributing to application stability

Quality Assurance

: Conduct complex tests to verify specifications and reject nonconforming materials

Skills & Experience

Proficiency in CAD and documentation systems Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Experience in engineering or infrastructure projects is a plus.

Stakeholder Engagement

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, project managers, and document controllers. Occasional client interaction may be required under supervision
