Key Responsibilities:
Documentation & Process Management:
? Handle, organize, and maintain client immigration documents in compliance with company standards.
? Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documents before submission.
? Assist in preparing legal agreements, experience certificates, and other supporting documents for immigration applications.
? Maintain detailed records and track updates on work permit and visa processing.
Communication & Coordination:
? Draft and send professional emails to clients, government authorities, and recruitment agencies abroad.
? Make calls to international agencies and recruitment firms for potential collaborations.
? Fix and manage appointments with overseas agencies for business discussions.
? Follow up with clients and agencies regarding pending documents, approvals, and agreements.
Research & Information Procurement:
? Conduct online research to source information on immigration rules, job opportunities, and industry trends.
? Find and verify details of recruitment agencies abroad for potential partnerships.
? Gather and analyze data on work permit and visa procedures for different countries.
Collaboration & Reporting:
? Work closely with Management and Team members to ensure smooth document processing.
? Prepare reports and maintain updated databases related to client progress.
? Provide timely updates to management regarding assigned task status and new opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written) Tagalog speaking is a must .
? Strong email writing skills with a professional tone.
? Ability to research and extract relevant information efficiently from Google.
? Comfortable making phone calls to international agencies and recruitment firms.
? Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
? Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment
with multiple priorities.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management tools.
? Ability to convert documents into image, PDF, and Word formats, as well as compress or resize documents professionally.
Preferred Candidate:

? Ability to

and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
