Job Information:


  • Design procedures and instructions that facilitate and optimize the handling of documentation and the Firm\xe2\x80\x99s file.
  • Execute the reception, classification, registration, distribution and custody of the documentation that enters the Firm.
  • Control the inventory and update of the Firm\xe2\x80\x99s documentation and file database.
  • Issue rules and procedures for the administration of internal and external documentation.
  • Issue reports of internal and external documentation.
  • Apply the control of document lending to the Firm\xe2\x80\x99s employees.
  • Manage the active and passive file with databases.
  • Support the administrative area.

Job Experience:

  • Years of Experience: 2
  • Languages: Intermediate English
  • Diploma Holder Prefer
