Conduct outbound calls to corporate clients to collect missing documents and verify their completeness to maintain accurate customer records.
Cross-check and validate data in the Bank's archiving systems against corporate files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Scan, upload, and categorize corporate documents in the Bank's archiving system to ensure proper storage and retrievability.
Track document collection and follow up with company representatives to ensure timely completion of remediation activities.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve missing documentation issues and align on remediation priorities.
Prepare and update the Missing Documents Report to support internal tracking and compliance monitoring.
Assist the Team Leader in meeting project deadlines and deliverables by contributing to process improvements and team efficiency.
