Document Controllers

:

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Document Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing company documents while ensuring their accuracy, quality, and integrity. This role involves maintaining a systematic filing system, ensuring compliance with company policies, and facilitating smooth document retrieval and distribution.

Minimum requirements:

Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role. Familiarity with document management software and systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Key responsibilities, but not limited to:

Maintain and manage all documents for project-related data and ensure accurate and timely availability. Implement and uphold document control procedures and processes to ensure efficiency and compliance. Organize and archive records and documents, both electronic and hard copies. Collaborate with project teams to ensure documents are kept up to date. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
