Maintain and update project documentation and filing systems
Ensure all documents are properly coded, version-controlled, and archived
Coordinate document flow between departments, consultants, and contractors
Prepare and submit reports, transmittals, and correspondence
Support project and admin teams in document management procedures
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of UAE experience
in document control (real estate/construction)
Proficient in
MS Office and document control software
Fluent in
Urdu and English
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
