for a construction project. The candidate will manage and control project documents, ensuring accuracy, version control, timely distribution, and compliance with construction standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain all construction project documentation (drawings, RFI, submittals, method statements, etc.)
Ensure proper document numbering, filing, retrieval, and secure storage
Track and update document revisions, approvals, and distribution logs
Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, consultants, and contractors
Ensure documents comply with project standards and QA/QC requirements
Prepare weekly/monthly document status reports
Support project team with document-related needs and deadlines
Requirements
Minimum
2-5 years experience
as a Document Controller in
construction
Strong knowledge of construction documentation workflows
Proficiency in MS Office, (Unifier, Aconex, Procore, etc. if applicable)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Ability to manage confidential and sensitive documents
