The Document Controller will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all company documents. The successful candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

Ensure all documents are filed and tagged correctly, and easily accessible to the team. Generate and maintain document control procedures. Manage and maintain the document control database. Coordinate with departments to ensure all relevant documents are received, reviewed, and approved on time. Participate in project team meetings as needed. Provide training and guidance to new employees on proper document control procedures. Ensure records are kept safely, with appropriate backup and disaster recovery plans. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. At least 10+ years of experience in document control, preferably in the construction industry. Experience with Aconex. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of MS Excel. Knowledge of industry-specific software such as SharePoint, ProSys, and Bluebeam is an advantage. Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management System and industry-specific standards.
