Job Description
We are looking for a Document Controller - Site General for one of our clients with the following details:
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Intended Start Date: 2025-06-20
Contract Duration: 24 Months

Qualification and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical/metallurgical engineering or related discipline.
- ADNOC Project experience is preparable
- 8+ Years of Experience in Document Control
- Language Preference: English
- Familiar with ADNOC - DCC procedures.
- With WRENCH operation experience or relevant EDMS
- Manage the receipt, classification, registration, distribution, and archiving of quality-related documents.
- Ensure QA/QC documentation such as inspection reports, test plans, quality certificates, and non-conformance reports are properly filed and retrievable.
- Coordinate with QA/QC engineers, inspectors, and construction teams to ensure timely submission and control of documents.
- Maintain up-to-date Document Control Procedures and ensure adherence across all departments.
- Monitor document workflows and approval processes to ensure they comply with project timelines and QA/QC requirements.
- Control the issue and retrieval of documents via Document Management Systems (Wrench System)
- Support internal and external audits by retrieving documentation and maintaining audit trail.
- Maintain transmittal records for correspondence with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Track and follow up on close-out of punch lists, non-conformities, and other QA/QC related actions.
