Manage and control all project documentation related to villa construction projects.
Maintain and update document registers, drawings, RFIs, submittals, and correspondence.
Ensure proper version control and distribution of latest approved documents.
Coordinate with consultants and site teams for smooth document flow.
Maintain records of approvals, transmittals, and project communications.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Document Controller in villa/residential projects.
Proficient in MS Office and document control systems.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
