Strong knowledge of
document management systems
(EDMS, Aconex preferred) and
MS Office
.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage, track, and archive all project documents efficiently.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain all project documents (technical and administrative).
Track incoming and outgoing correspondence, drawings, and reports.
Ensure proper documentation procedures and compliance with project requirements.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on document status.
