Responsible for
Managing the document control system for assigned projects, ensuring proper registration, filing, and retrieval of all documents.
Receiving, reviewing, and distributing project documents such as drawings, specifications, procedures, and correspondence.
Ensuring compliance with client documentation requirements and internal procedures.
Maintaining document logs, transmittals, and correspondence registers.
Tracking review and approval status of drawings, submittals, and RFIs.
Supporting the Project Management team by providing up-to-date document information during meetings, audits, and reporting.
Ensuring confidentiality and version control of all controlled documents.
Retrive documents/reports when required.
Other relevant tasks as required by Project Management team .
Undertake responsibility for those aspects of the Integrated Management System (Occupational Health, Safety, Environment and Quality) over which having control.
Accountable For
Timely issuance and accurate record-keeping of all documentation.
Compliance with document management procedures.
Maintaining data integrity and traceability across all projects.
