Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Document Controller in managing and maintaining project documentation for roads and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
Document Management:
Receive, register, track, and archive all incoming and outgoing project documents including drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and contracts.Version Control:
Ensure proper versioning and revision control of documents to prevent errors and maintain consistency across project teams.Coordination:
Liaise with engineers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to distribute documents and ensure timely approvals and feedback.System Administration:
Maintain and update electronic document management systems (EDMS) such as Aconex, Procore, or SharePoint.Reporting:
Generate periodic reports on document status, outstanding reviews, and compliance metrics for project managers and quality teams.Confidentiality & Security:
Safeguard sensitive project information and enforce access controls to protect proprietary data.Typical Projects
Highway and expressway construction Urban road rehabilitation Bridge and tunnel documentation Drainage and utility infrastructure Traffic management and signage systems
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in document control within infrastructure or construction projects. Proficiency in EDMS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
