Key Responsibilities
Maintain and organize company documents (digital & hard copies)
Ensure proper filing and easy retrieval of invoices, LPOs, and delivery notes
Track and update records related to quotations, orders, and contracts
Coordinate with sales, accounts, and logistics teams for document flow
Ensure compliance with company standards for document control
Prepare and share timely reports and logs as required
Support audits and internal reviews with required documents
Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times

Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar document control or administrative role (UAE or native country)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, scanning/PDF tools, and file management
Fluency in English (spoken and written); Malayalam or Hindi preferred
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
