to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining project documentation in compliance with company standards and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and control all project documents and correspondence related to infrastructure and sewerage works.
Ensure all drawings, submittals, and documents are properly logged, updated, and distributed.
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems in accordance with project documentation procedures.
Track document revisions, ensure timely submission and approval of drawings and NOCs.
Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure proper document flow.
Support the project team in maintaining up-to-date records of technical documents and communications.
Ensure compliance with quality management and ISO standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience
as a Document Controller in
infrastructure or sewerage network projects
in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of document control procedures and systems.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and document control software (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, etc.).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of Ras Al Khaimah authority procedures is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
